Week 2

Feeling great!

In the last 16 days I’ve worked out 13 of them. Pretty good start. I don’t always want to work out, but once I start, I’m so happy! On the weekends I walk for 2 miles and during the week, I walk on the treadmill for 40-45 minutes at a time.

I’ve tried getting up at 5am and that works sometimes, ha ha, but working out while the kids are napping after lunch is working better for me right now.

I’m eating in my target calorie range. Using the app on my phone has been so helpful. I’ve lost a couple more pounds. I’m also drinking a lot of water and only black coffee. I don’t drink pop or juice.

The hardest part for me is eating breakfast. I’m not a fan of eating in the morning. I try and have fried eggs or hard boiled eggs.
