1st week

Feeling good! I already have a lot more energy. Mindset? Exercise? Better food choices? Probably a mix of all of those. I’m feeling motivated and excited to keep with this.

I know a lot of people hate the scale and prefer to mark successes by measurements. Not me. The scale is what motivates me. I’m down 3 pounds in the last 12 days. I think I’ve exercised 10 of those days and didn’t stick to good food choices 1 of those days. I’ve stopped using creamer in my coffee, just drinking it black. I’ve cut out most bread and have added more kale and water to my diet.
