Chicken Fajitas


Sliced onion & bell peppers
Sliced chicken breast
Can of diced tomatoes with green chile
2 Tablespoons chili powder
2 Tablespoons ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
2 Tablespoons veg oil

Mix really good and bake at 400 degrees in a 9×13 dish for 25 minutes or so. Warm flour tortillas.

Pretty easy prep, Abigail helped me. Smelled delicious while baking!

  1. your blog posts and instagrams always make me hungry. haha!! :)) and inspire me to put more effort into our meals around here~ i do have a roast cooking in the oven now. i’m afraid i put it in too late today and it won’t be done in time for dinner.. i usually cook them in the crockpot but this one was too big. we’ll see how it goes… ;))
